Meditation: Connect with yourself and learn breathing, relaxation, and meditation techniques.

Nutrition: Is the basis for the practice of any sport. It is so essential that in Dharma, we have the advice of professionals to develop specific nutritional programs.

Strength and Endurance: Strengthening your muscles and developing your physical condition will be part of your training.

Stretching: Develop flexible muscles through our warm-up and stretching routines.

En Dharma At Dharma, we offer programs to develop your skills and technique inthe three major freediving disciplines:

Depht Apnea:  The objective is to descend as deep as possible with a single breath.

Dynamic Apnea: Consists of traveling the most significant distance possible with a single breath horizontally in a pool.

Static Apnea: The objective is to spend as much time as possible with your face underwater with only one breath without moving.

The Theory is also a decisive factor during your training process; learning to know your body, what happens in it while practicing this sport, and the effects of external factors such as hydrostatic pressure, among others, is significant to develop as a freediver within an adequate safety framework.
